Exhibitor Booking Information
We welcome authentic period displays and vehicles, both military and civilian. Please register an interest by emailing [email protected] with details of your display and or vehicle and request a booking form.

As guests of the Brougham Trustees, we agree to abide by our Event Code of Contact
BROUGHAM HALL CODE OF CONDUCT The MVT Code of Conduct must be followed (see www.mvt.org.uk)
We will be the guests of the Brougham Hall Charitable Trust and so appropriate personal conduct is expected at all times
To ensure that the event runs safely and efficiently, we ask all those attending to observe the following; Display and camping spaces will be allocated on arrival. Please ask an organiser to show you to your allocated area before you set up as space is at a premium Please register details of any support vehicles on arrival including contact number Support vehicle/trailer parking is available on south terrace, not inside display area All safety notices, signs and instructions from marshals must be adhered to All tents /displays should be equipped with a fire extinguisher/fire bucket and all guy ropes and pegs must be safe and marked clearly Noise must be kept at a reasonable level and minimised after 9pm and before 9am Generators must not be used before 9am and after 9pm and RCDs should be used BBQs etc are only permitted if raised off ground so lawns are not damaged Displays must be safe and be supervised by a competent person from 10am-5pm Any direct contact between vehicle/artefacts and the public must be carefully supervised Vehicle movement should be minimised once displays are set up and a Marshal must supervise Vehicles must be in a safe condition, carry a fire extinguisher and must be double chocked and safe for display Drivers of vehicles must hold a full and valid driving licence, obey road traffic act regulations and be covered by valid insurance Any weapons brought on site must be used in a manner that is lawful and will not cause alarm or distress Firing of weapons and use of live or blank ammunition is not allowed Owners of de-activated firearms must supervise them at all times and have the relevant de-activation certificate available Rubbish must be taken home No Nazi symbols or SS uniforms will be permitted; failure to comply can lead to expulsion from the event.
